1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong product
- The item does not match the description
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Used or washed products
- Items without original tags/packaging
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance/discount products (if marked non-refundable)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Provide order ID, photos, and reason
Wait for approval
Ship the item back to our return address
Note: Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, we will exchange the item depending on stock availability.
